Perk Bottle Laughter?

Today I was playing a solo game on Die Rise (PS3), and early on I got all six perks. Even when I have all six perks, out of habit I kill the Jacks with 100% accuracy. Because of this, I still get a perk bottle, even if it is useless. However, every time I pick it up, I hear Richtofen's laugh. Anyone else getting this? Maybe it is just a way of confirming there are no more perks to be gained?

It's probably some new mechanic that tells the player they already have all the perks within the game or so. I don't understand why there'd be further confirmation that you acquired all the perks.

This exactly. It's just silly that they can't make it so that if you have all perks, the perk bottles just don't spawn at all.

What does accuracy have to do with getting the perk bottle? I thought you couldn't shoot, only use knuckles, granades and claymores.

It's just a result of having all the perk bottles, my team tested not picking them up at all and nothing really happened. I just shoot them if I have all my perks already.

You can shoot, but you can't miss... Missing will automatically forfeit the perk bottle, so DONT use machine guns.... The svu i found is the only gun that can take OUT the nova jumpers without forfeiting the perk drop... That and shotguns..... But the best and simplest way to kill them is the trample steams and knife/punching them... It always makes contact and it always kills....

This is pretty much true, except it is possible to miss and still get 100% accuracy. I missed with the sniper once, but then I got a collateral, which made up for the miss. Also, splash damage with explosive weapons counts as a hit and I'm pretty sure that you're allowed to completely miss with the War Machine and still get a perk. The only exception to this is if you're using a Mustang and Sally, which will count a shot as a miss if it only injures a crawler with splash damage. You're also not allowed to use the Ray Gun at all, even if you don't miss.

I couldn't say for sure because I do not yet have it, but it would be almost impossible to get because it is a three round burst. If two shots kill it, the third is gone.
