World Map and Origins Location?

So a lot has been divulged already from the simple overview of the next upcoming map pack Apocolypse...but the question I'm curious on is where exactley would the next map Origins fall upon the World Map...

Knowing that all of the maps that we have been given so far have all been upon the decrepit earth that we see at the primary zombies menu... Where will origins go as it couldnt possibly be placed directly along with the rest of the dlc maps...

Might it be given it's own world map...and if not what questions could be answered upon it being placed amongst the rest of the maps in regareds to it's possible time frame or relevance (if any) to the maps including the N4...?...

Definitely somewhere on the Western Front, because I didn't really get a Russian vibe from that trailer.

Uhm... you do know that MotD had its own separate time frame, too, right?

Origins will be located in France... just like any other map that has its own location, regardless of what time frame.

Definitely France, but not Paris. I think that's quite obvious as to why.
