Maxis gone silent during EE after the 1st wisp

Upon the arrival of the 1st wisp at the Gallow, we waited until Maxis finishes all his dialog, and activated the TB.

However, after we knocked out the 2nd wisp, the BGM is gone, all silent.

Upon it's arrival, even the further steps, Maxis gone silent and was never heard again.

Even we pressed the EE tracker the same game to achieve full advantages of the game, the dialog between Maxis and Richtofen was a completely silence.

AND more importantly, blue eye zombie NEVER appears, left us great disappointment - 3 EE for a deadly silent ending.

Request for Solutions, we've tried twice and is about to finish all Maxis the third time this night.

Likely that someone put the other two parts on Richtofens guillotine after one of the shared parts was on the noose and came close to the orbs. Satellite and gem stone. If that is done Maxis assumes you sided against him and says different things, then stops.
