The disk for the YELLOW staff of Wind in normally based around or in the Generator 5 ( sometimes in The Lightning Room On The Table)

The Parts for this staff are found by

Standing in the path of one of the giant robots, one of the feet they will have a yellow glowing circle on the bottomyou need to shoot that foot to open the portal.

Stand in its path ( make sure its the correct foot ) you can tell the areas on the map by the footprint. And wait for red flashing pillars. when he stamps on you you will teleport into the head

Next - you need to head into the excavation point near Generator 5 in order to enter into the WIND portal to the crazy place. Place The Gramophone on the table the music will play and build the portal

The Gramophone is located in the middle chamber in the main excavation point

Once Inside collect the stone for your staff it will be on a YELLOW pillar. You can only collect the crystal for the portal that is open.

Below the main dig site and packapunch you will find another table.

You Will Need The white disk in order to open the secret steps that take you to the lower level, The White disk is normally located in or around the main dig site.

Once Downstairs there is a room with 4 colored points were you can build the staffs, Thats it Yellow Staff Of Wind Complete.
