Does anyone know when they stop becoming a one hit kill? I ran them to 28 but stopped playing because the other players had left. Im trying to determine if it is worth the time to rerun the side quest for a high round run.

Yes I know 20 is the max for un upgraded. I suppose its too early as high rounds are few abs far between currently.
