You have to be one of people who are playing during round 1 to get the light in the courthouse.

That sucks took forever to find people to do it how can I reset it so I can do rich. Side over

Figured it out I just have to do it again from round one and not host anyone on pan wasn't in on Dr ee richtofen side let me know.
