There is after all description on what it should be at CoC, but still there is ton of huge images and VERY long signatures.

PM the staff with the user's name, and info about their sig.

Mods can (and hopefully will...), informally warn the user, formally warn the user, and possibly ban the user if they are out of line. Also they can move the info the Bob, who can actually change the sig.

Admins can, do all the above, and actually change the sig. They could also make the rule more lax if they don't feel like enforcing it...

You can, PM staff, PM the Admin, or PM the user and POLITELY, tell them what rule they've violated. watch your language. You don't want them to be able to claim flaming or harassment.

Exactly what Afro said. We have asked people to change their signatures before, and they have. However, it's always a good idea to ask the user directly first in a PM to do something about their signature.
