A friend posted this to my facebook page asking what it was, originally I thought it was just one of the runes that reward you for doing in game tasks, but why does it look like this? And it looks to have a scorpio zodiac symbol on it...

That is the tablet you pick up at the tank station by generator two. It is used to obtain the air strike beacon. Take the tablet and insert it in the fountain on the 2nd floor of the church near the box spawn location. You must get melee kills around the fountain until you hear the audio queue. Now you must return the  cleansed tablet to the tank station table without walking through mud. Get more melee kills and you will be rewarded with the beacons.
