Well, what are some of the benefits of adding friends to your profile?

Some schmuck added me as his friend today, (who else would be crazy enough?) but not sure what that does. What are some things now available for having a circle of friends?

Could I spam him with nude photos of myself?

The idea behind friends, is to make the forum more social engaging, to allow a circle of friends from the 19k + user base to, it works similar to how facebook does with friends, you can friend someone and I'm sure you can also unfriend them. As for benefits of adding friends, bragging rights I suppose, I don't see the point of it on a forum but it adds another social engagement level.

 

As for spamming them with the photos, as long as it doesn't break the CoC ;)
