The "crumble" Effect

Does anyone else besides me miss the type of "crumble" effect the zombies used to have when you killed them? If you dont know what i mean watch someone shoot a zombie with an assault rifle or SMG in WaW and you'll see what i mean. I know obviously the graphics are better these days so thats why they probably dont "crumble" anymore but i just like the way it used to look! it was like pieces of zombies just flying all over the place and it was just awesome! haha:)

Yes pretty much what you said it just seems like small pieces of zombies flew everywhere like you were literally tearing into them rather than just gib an arm or a leg

It was much, much better. But it takes more processing power, more programming, and some countries get whiny about gore levels in games. Look at the fail-game borderlands2; besides making the game crappy on so many levels, they nerfed the gore for a couple of countries that try to limit that.

Edit: i swore that i was in a ghosts tdm lobby with LiL TS 420 this week. I only remembered/noticed the name because my initials first and last are TS.

I play some extinction, but only with friends/friends of, and you were not one in our extinction lobbies.
