I am never as happy playing zombies as when I pack a punch my starting weapon M1911. Other than that I also like PAP'd commando. AK74u. I kinda wanna pack a punch Remington AR from Ghosts

Best gun to Pack-a-Punch in terms of how good the upgraded weapon is, or how improved the upgraded weapon is over the original?

 

Going with the latter, and not feeling able to stick to a single choice:-

 

M1911 > Mustang & Sally

Crossbow > Awful Lawton

M16 > Skullcrusher

M72 LAW > M72 Anarchy

Mauser vs Boomhilda. It is a few burst kill to Panzer. The un-upgraded one is nothing but a pea shooter.

Only one that beats it is M1911. Because it is powerful AND dual wield.

I love the pack a punched snipers in black ops. They are actually really good weapons if you take the time to get used to them. They got me to round 32 once in der riese.

Best gun to PAP...m1911. M&S are so badass. Combined with PhD flopper, they can really get ya out of any jam well into the 40's, maybe even 50's. The only map that I don't PAP it is MotD from bo2. The tight spaces without flopper will kill you due to the really high splash damage.obviously lol.
