Is now enabled, you can now vote on any topic in a forum that this is enabled, you can see this in site news. In the main index, you will see stars next to the topic title, no stars hightlighted means no vote on a topic, 1 to 5 stars is the rating of the topic.

 

We have enabled this feature across the forum (some forums exempt) from it, I'll list them once I've finished enabling them.

It should be mentioned that this is a separate system from brains/reputation all together. So if you really like a post be sure to give the member some brains lovin' along with your rating.

Good point, I should also mention that you can only vote on a topic once you access the topic. Right above the topic title.
