all right, Ive been studding the Mayas, incans, and azteck's for about 5 months. the building like to be like a temple-ish building. the myans thought that the higher they where to the sky ,the closer to the gods they were. we all know that the Mayans disappeared mysteriously.

The Mayas didn't disappear, they just abandonned their cities and temples, they still exist today in small groups, many of them still speaking their language and following many of their traditions.

Actually thats not entirely true. The Mayans and Aztecs did disappear just not all of them. The Mayans that still exist today are few in number and it is stated that they for some unknown reason did not disappear like the others. The Mayans was a nation consisting of over 2,000 people. Though I have read somewhere that it was mainly the higher classes such as the nobles within the Mayan culture that disappeared suddenly. Those Mayans were also some of the ones who had the underground caves.
