Hi All,

 

Sorry for the short notice, we are going to experience some downtime in aproximately 8 hours time. We have scheduled an upgrade to the MySQL server to bring us upto date with the current version.

 

This is necessary as the current version is now EOL (End of Life) - when you visit the site, you will be presented with a MySQL driver error as the site cannot find the database, this is because we need to stop the SQL server to process the update.

 

This is scheduled to take place at 8am GMT, 12am PST, 3am EST - apologies for the inconvience whilst we make sure we are current and upto date with all server related aspects. We shouldn't need any further planned downtime for while after this.

It will be for 1 hour approximately, it is scheduled with the hosts and ourselves and a prolonged period of downtime is not expected.
