That's really cool. (Funny you posted this, I was just considering getting a 115 tattoo, myself xD )

But I would guess it's just a little Easter egg. Kinda like how they hid a zombie on top of the stage at the end of the campaign during the A7X concert. Unless Woods has been behind this all along... Dun...dun...dunnn..
