Hi, it's the boring guy here.

I just have a simple question; "have you gotten lucky lately?"

No, I don't mean scoring with your lady friend or that skink you picked up at the AA, I mean getting all the right bounces beyond your capabilities in the game of zombies.

Playing this game long enough, you will find that besides being overwhelmingly skillful, you also need a great amount of luck. Some days it's the right people playing alongside you, some days it's the perfect executions of set strategies. Some days, it's just plain old luck. The type of luck that makes you feel invincible, beyond imagination.

Been playing Der Riese lately, just to get a break from Five. Been going between 20-28 in a handful of games without even sniffing my previous high of 35. Got into a game with randoms, 32, 32, and 20. Before we even hit round 10, I had two pre jug downs and both 32s had quit. "Just another shitty game going nowhere," I recall saying to myself. Just when I was ready to quit and watch porn instead, the game took a weird turn.

In my head I'm planing on which of my favorite porn stars I would watch perform for me, the rounds keep flying by and I realized I'm just a few rounds away from my high. Lucky box spins, timely drops, just about every lucky bounce I could have happened. I felt like Jack on Titanic going "I'm the king of the word!!!"

I can't begin to tell you how many times I set my mind to break a previous high, play flawlessly approaching my goal but go down on some unforeseeable crap. Not this time, I go flawless for 27 rounds and beat my previous high by 2 before I suicided on 37. (Actually I died but we agree to suicide after this round anyways.)

Have you gotten lucky lately?

P.S. If you thought my story suck then say so, I will refrain from sharing my stupid experiences and will try to post more immature childish penis jokes.

I can 100% relate to this brother. The past two days I have taken so many stupid downs. I swear the game is programmed to give you bad days and great days! Seemed to have gotten my swing back and getting to the higher rounds again, til my next bout with bad luck!!

Ah man, I can relate to you totally. Good games and bad games.

One thing I've noticed that works is not trying. Like you I don't know how many games I've had where I've been set on getting to round 50, and died <20.

Origins is probably my worst map for it. For nearly a year I'd tried to beat my best round (39). Every game I played that I really tried, I went down stupidly! A few weeks ago I just said sod it, I'm going to have a game of Origins and enjoy it, and I got to 43!

I got lucky Last night. I was playing motd when i managed to get my lsat into the pack a punch. I pulled in and pulled out while trying to get the right attachment. My weapon was fully loaded with ammo ready to shoot. Suddenly a zombie appeared and i panicked. I fired my acidgat with my weapon still deep within the pack a punch! Sadly there was no Phd so some of that acid splashed all over me. Thats what happens when you don't use protection, there was blood everywhere.

So I got lucky and Came out alive

I got bored of playing motd though so i went to play shangri-la with it's tight spaces. I then spent the whole night making babies

I would like to personally share one experience where I got lucky in more ways than one...

 

Let's just say playing "Strip Zombies" with the box being the gambler worked in my advantage once or twice before.

Oh right, uhhhh.... I've ran a suicidal direct path straight through large hordes of zombies unscathed several times before. That never happens without jug. Funny thing was, I was attempting suicide. I failed Suicide. Lucky or unlucky?

Actually just the opposite, I think either I've not played in a long time, or panzers have gotten stronger…

Played a 4 player Motd yesterday, best described as organised kaos. One player had 58 downs and we where in stiches from laughter nearly all game. Not only was he a funny bloke on the mic he's actions in game were comical aswell. Going down in the acid trap and then reviving himself in the acid trap as an example. 4 players running trains in opposite directions in the cafeteria while the traps on with acid gats and redeemers going everywhere.

We stayed together the entire game, if a player went down we all did a jugg run together mid round. We basically played every part of the map the entire game.

Ended up going 45 rounds, 3 downs and 14 revives. It was without a doubt the most entertaining and enjoyable game of zombies i've ever played.

Well if you consider figuring out how to mod solo offline with usb on kino then yes. But legit wise? If u count getting to 37 2 people on ascension and getting the ray gun everytime i hit the box (i didnt take it) and having the thundergun and gersch device and a galil in 3 hits.
