You wake up in a dimly lit room. The walls are old and decayed. Metallic bars have rust and the only light that shines in this room is the light from candles and the chalk on the wall. All you see around you is Black and White. However…. You spot something on the ground. It is someone who has passed away. You then go into the body and suddenly….you are awake…for the first time…..in a long…time

Around the room there are some windows patched up with old boards and behind those boards yellow eyes look into the room. They know you are here and they will not stop till they get to you. They will never stop. On the walls you can find 2 very old weapons. An m14 and an Olympia. Both weapons somewhat rusted on their surface yet they still manage to work. There are more bodies in this room slumped up against the walls. At the base of one of their feet is an open book. The page it is opened to, depicts these 4 Men standing against an army of demons. The undead begin to swarm in. It has been a long time since they have seen a living human and they are not about to let this opportunity go.

You pry the doors wide open and the stench of death fills the air as you run through this dark hallway. There is very old writing on the wall in chalk. Ascend from Darkness. You keep running forward as the undead give chase as you find a flight of creaky, rusted, metal stairs. As you open the next doors and seal them shut behind you, you hear the banging of the undead trying to break down the door. You arrive in this place that looks like it could have harbored people here once, perhaps…. On the wall you see an image of a young girl and her bear drawn in colorful chalk. Blue, and white, black, brown. Her eyes have been smeared and her image stained with old blood. This room is just as dark as before and the same orange light streams through.

You are not safe here though. The dead still find a way into the room, they always do. Like a sea of yellow eyes swarming towards you trying to drown the last spark of life on this long dead planet. You find some machines around you and suddenly you remember something. These machines are here to help you. You don’t know why but you can feel it deep inside you. From this machine drops a needle which looks surprisingly clean. They look different this time. You inject yourself and feel your arm tingling. You can feel your blood burning through your veins. You can feel it moving up your arm, through your entire body and finally to your head. The undead come at you rapidly and relentlessly. Each time a body drops you feel a rush of excitement and fear until they are all dead.

You begin to wander around this facility but nothing rings a bell. You then begin to hear voices coming from the walls. Very faint, very quiet…..like a whisper. Those whispers are trying to tell you something…but what? Suddenly you hear the groaning of many, many undead. They heard your gunfire and they know your location. You desperately try to find a way out of this wretched facility when you spot something in the distance.

Finally you believe you found a way out. An old lift going up. You hope it works as you press the button. At first it does nothing but finally it begins to move. The undead reach up to you but you are too far up now for their arms. The winds are blinding and you squint your eyes as you look up at a bright light in the sky. Suddenly you feel yourself pinned down and your flesh being torn apart….You look up at the sky one last time and at the light as everything goes black
