Who Built it? Why was it used? Can we use it again?

If Maxis did not shoot himself then who did? Or better question....Who Will?

I think i may have some sort of answer to The question of the blank portrait. I believe the blank portrait to be Origins Richtofen.

Take a look at this.

if you work around the slant difference, (the ear, the collar)
It's easy to say that it's rather similar to the outline in the blank portrait.
