Zombies and Tarot Cards?

I was thinking about the Binding of Isaac just now and I thought of the tarot cards in it and thought they could relate to zombies. Has anyone ever linked characters to tarot cards? I have been linking some characters, utilities and just general stuff in zombies to some of them so I am going to make a list and if you think otherwise or think of something I haven't please tell me. Also tell me if anyone has made this connection before because on some of these I can truly see some strong ones. I am going to update this post as I go on, a lot of it has been done already but I would rather here other peoples opinions for now. I have been working on this post all day as well so I need a rest.

The Fool- Origins: One of the only maps I have made a card, Origins is the beginning just like the card is meant to be. It has our characters meet for the first time when they know nothing of what is to come in the future. They are still innocent and are yet to be essentially war criminals.

The Magician- Nero: Hopefully the correlation to these two is easy to see. Nero is a Magician and is even called "the Magician" as his nickname. He has become a character of interest to a lot of people lately so I am sure he will have a big role to play in the map, so it seems fitting that he is related to these cards.

The High Priestess- Samantha Maxis: This is a very interesting discovery I made, this card represents a divine power and is often depicted as a woman in pale blue robes. Samantha definitely fits the bill for being a higher power due to her being in the MPD but the part about the pale blue robes seems really coincidental because in both incarnations we have seen of her, she has worn pale blue clothing of some sort.

The Empress- ?: ? (It is bad when nobody fits the bill of motherly or nurturing in the story that is a woman.)

The Emperor- Ludvig Maxis: This was an easy choice for me. Maxis fits the card perfectly. He is an authority figure to 935, as is shown throughout all radios. He is fatherly to his daughter Samantha and his goal throughout all maps is to save her. Maxis is by far the most fitting to a card in my opinion.

The Hierophant- Group 935: This card represents things such as groups and uniformity. 935 are a major group in the story and when people usually speak of them, they say it as if they are all one thing instead of talking about individuals besides the important ones we know of e.g. Maxis, Richtofen, Groph, Schuster, Porter and Yena.

The Lovers- Misty and Marlton: I almost gagged when I made the connection between these two but in all honesty these are the only two characters in the entire story who we know of have a relationship together in some way where one of them isn't dead or the other doesn't have another large amount of wives.

The Chariot- MPD: I almost left this one blank, until I came to the realization of what the Chariot could be. People would probably usually think the Bus or the Tank but the Chariot is not a vehicle but more linked to control and victory. This really makes sense for the MPD because it lets whoever is in it control zombies and it was also where Richtofen gained his victory.

Justice- ?: ?

The Hermit- ?: ?

Wheel of Fortune- The Mystery Box: Since the very beginning the mystery box has existed to be a gamble for players. It is definitely like a wheel of fortune for players because it is random what you will get from it.

Strength- Floyd Campbell: I think Campbell is definitely linked to the strength card, he is a boxer after all. He also seems to be strong in general because he punches a zombie square in the face just fine. I think a lot of characters could fit Strength but Campbell just makes the most sense.

The Hanged Man- Peter: We first see Peter in Shi No Numa, hanging. He is the hanged man in zombies and has always been that. I think that he not only represents the card for that reason though, but also links to its meaning which is essentially sacrifice. He did a lot to essentially start the characters off on their story, without his existence the story wouldn't have really ever began.

Death- ?: ?

Temperance- Jessica: I think that Jessica fits this card for many reasons, some of them I would not like to go into but she seems like a patient person who waits till she gets the opportunity to murder her victims so that she can take their money.

The Devil- The Shadow Man: From a post by a member named Faust, the Shadow Man has been linked to common mythology and he is definitely representing the devil in some way. There is no doubt in my mind that he will even be called it in game at some point, he definitely fits this card because of his intentions to punish the sinful people of Morg City.

The Tower- The Spires: Any of the spires could count but the Buried one would make sense if I had to pick one. These spires represent disaster and that is what has happened to the world, the towers appearing at that time make the most sense. They also link to sudden change, which is what happens when all of them are lit.

The Star- ?: ?

The Moon- Moon: Easy connection to make I know, but the Moon is an important part of our story so it is of course linked to this card. Also, this card is linked to mystery and fear which is something that the characters find on Moon. They don't really know what to expect until they find the MPD and even then they can't imagine what will be in it.

The Sun- ?: ?

Judgment- Jack Vincent: ?

The World- The Earth (Post Moon): Of course the world represents the Earth in our story but I think this version of the Earth is more important and fits the card. The World is about accomplishment and completion, something which this world represents because it was our final goal in Black Ops zombies.

Tarot cards certainly aren't a preference of mine, but (though, potentially coincidence, as that is much of what a tarot card plays on, by nature), it still makes some sense when thinking of the death cards and the cursed card.

Speaking of which, man, maybe Death = Alcatraz? It's the only post-mortem map to date.

Justice may be Buried...? Maybe try rehashing this as being map-relative instead of icon-relative, 'cause that causes a landslide (not to discount the ingenuity of this theory).

IE:

Fool-Origins

The Hanging Man-SSN

The Hierophant-Der Riese

The Emperor-Kino

Moon-Moon

The World-Tranzit

The Tower-Die Rise

The Chariot or Judgement-Buried

Death-MotD

Magician-SOE

Just some thoughts...

but again, kudos.

I would do it map specific but the meaning of some of the tarot cards relate more to people than maps to be honest. It wold more likely be characters than maps if anything in my opinion but I just think it depends on what the card symbolizes and whether it fits a person or an object or a location.
