Old Ranks?

So my account decayed since back in 2010 and I don't have any of my old ranks since coming back on.  Any chance I can get those recovered?

@Pasta I'm not sure when you actually stopped using the site, but a problem a few years back happened with the brains and so forth and may be difficult to get the same medals etc back again from any records. However, we are currently awaiting the release of the new awards system for V4 of the forum software.

We have been without medals since April last year when we upgraded but those with medals from the PHPBB days will need to request them again.

We are currently testing the new medals system which has huge benefits over the previous incarnations but for those that had medals on the V3 software of IPB will have them reapplied.
