I bought the season pass today 19/1/2016 and i i want to download the giant zombie map but it doesnt appear in the store of call of dity and in the playstation store what should i do to download it?

How did you buy the season's pass?  If you got it through a retailer like gamestop, the receipt would have an activation code on it for you to input and download the stuff. If you bought it in-game it should be in the store or downloads section. IDK how playstation works.

Not 100% certain, I know of a friend who has recently had issues with DLC content for Advanced Warfare - resolved by clearing cache and trying again and gain for it until it worked. If all else fails, I would call Playstation support.

Could just be the digital store. Both PlayStation and Xbox had not only this issue with this DLC but more. I personally ran into this when the game came out then about a week later I was good to go. It could be resolved with time but calling Sony/Activation wouldn't hurt either.

Maybe The Giant was only for pre orders. When there was an update and nightmares was unlocked right from the start, I thought they had made TG available to all, but I was not able to get it on one of my other accounts.
