The floating red brick in waterfront is missing

Last couple games I noticed the brick was gone I thought someone else had picked it up but I see that there's a note with a code on it now ! When I wake up in the morning I'm going to see what it says and I'll post it

If you hit x on the brick it floats away, leaving a cypher.

That is the "m is interested" cypher I think.

The brick was not there and the code was on the floor instead of in the ceiling ??

i play it back and the brick is still there so I think someone lied to me about picking it up

if this is waterfront, then normally , you press x near the brick on the floor, it floats up to ceiling,  and now you can see a note on the floor where the brick used to be.   Is this what you are talking  about?  or something else?

No the brick floats up to/through the ceiling.
