I'm positive that you can shoot two for one and fill the third urn after all three bonfires were struck by lightning. 

I only get 1 shot per urn on 360. I've tried a couple of times. So i ended up carrying shots down there from the last urn.

Grab a near death right b4 boss fight, it's infinite round so you are guaranteed to not die out if solo.
