List of all known Easter eggs?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone knew a link or page where I could find all the Easter eggs ever - I really want to go through them all again from the very beginning and can't seem to find a simple list of them to refresh my memory

any help is greatly appreciated :)

We can help with that, give me some time to get the pages up and running, you will find all the info in the zombie Library section when live but we are also putting some pages together which will be available again soon.

Just a list really as want to go through them all and not miss anything :)

The idea I have is a list page/database of all known Easter Eggs and written steps and video guide to complete. This doesn't mean just the main EE but all the side quests, radios and so forth.
