Gorod Krovi dynamic theme

Okay... so how can I download this theme? I have the season pass, but I can't find it anywhere :( I tried watching a youtube video and the guy just goes to ps store and there it is, but I don't have it there :(

 

Is it only for US or should Europe players also get the theme already? If someone knows and can help I'd appreciate it a lot :)

I think it's US first then Europe, I can't get it yet either.

I will be able to get on my xbox very soon, just after the portugal poland game is over and I can check if its there because i have a US account.  I'll edit this post with what I find  to confirm whether its just US and not europe yet.

 

edit: I can't find it, but I am in germany atm.

I think this happened with Season Pass holders last time. For some reason they don't have access to the theme and can't preload it until it actually releases, yet the people who buy it outright can do that. So it might be something to do with that.

Im in the US, already have the Theme and the DLC will auto down-load on July 10th.  I just went to the PS Store and Add-ons and Decent was already there with the option to "Pre-order" I have the season pass so the 'pre-order" was free.

Hmm... oh yeah yesterday while I was searching I found the Descent dlc itself but there wasn't an option to pre-order (I think it's because of my season pass). Well I guess I'll just have to wait, but the theme looks so badass :D
