Past map correlations (Where is der riese & moon?)

I've made a list of some of the things relating to all the previous maps, shown below:

Nacht - whole map as rift room

Verruckt - various rooms including Thompson area

Shi no numa - flogger trap

Der riese - ???

Kino - stage & projector room

Five - radio from macnamara

Ascension - ??? (Not including thunder gun)

Call of the dead - radio from sarah Michelle Gellar

Shangri-la - spawn room

Moon - ???

Nuketown - ???

Tranzit - ???

Die rise - ???

Mob of the dead - cafeteria & cells beside

Buried - round change sound

Origins - generator 3 & pack-a-punch area

Shadows of evil - weapons & apothicons

Der eisendrache - undercroft & ragnaroks

Zetsubou no shima - small room, bucket

Gorod kevin - guard of fanfir

An important thing to note is there is nothing (as far as I know) relating to der riese, ascension or moon? Is there any possibility there could be areas in the map which are hidden so far or would theatre mode have discovered them by now? Jason did say we'd learn more about the bald man in the ascension poster, after all.

There's also no Tranzit, but let's not talk about that...

I guess the Moon part is implemented in Der Eisendrache (the MDT pyramid).

 

That's sad, everyone still hates Tranzit. I see it as ok, but good luck trying to PaP your weapon, and then Jet Gun kinda sucks.

Moon is represented by the step in the boss fight arena where the zero gravity is turned on IMO.

 

Tranzit is represented by the fog rolling into the Apothicon's belly and the lava step in the boss fight room.
