It looks like Treyarch has shuffled around their management team after the conclusion of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s post launch season.

On their official website, they have updated jobs for certain individuals to reflect that Mark Lamia, former Studio Head, is now the Chairman of Treyarch. Jason Blundell, Mark Gordon, and Dan Bunting have taken over that formal role as ‘Co-Studio Heads.’

Previously, Treyarch’s About page said the following for each of those individuals:

Now, the page has been updated to claim Lamia is the Chairman, and those three are Studio Heads.

It’s unclear why this change was made as of now.

So Jason Blundell is now Co-Studio Head at Treyarch, along with Mark Gordon and Dan Bunting. We also have Chairman Lamia (hey the name sounds cool) now.

With a change in management, I think this will definitely reflect and show within Treyarch's next game, and ultimately affect Zombies. Also because Blundell was the Director of Zombies, so it may mean someone else could take his position now.

What do you think of it all?

Hopefully whoever takes over as Director of Zombies doesn't go in Jason Blundells Zombie direction, Maybe this could be a change what we the Zombie Community need.

If Blundell is studio head now, then there's no way he'll have the time to work on both Campaign and Zombies. He may not have to drop both though because Dan Bunting is co-head.

I hope zombies goes into the direction of being actual zombies again, but with Blundell moved higher up I suspect the storyline will continue to move in line with the Blundell vision. After playing Revelations I'm reasonably sure we will end up with a mob of the dead remake at some point so it can tell the story from Richtofens view.
