So I've actually got two questions, about this word, Nikola says when killing a horde of zombies

and I'm pretty sure I'm not spelling it right but he says "you (bochivous) dogs die" can someone first tell me what he's saying and also what it mean¿?¿?

Sounds like he's saying Bolshevik, which is a political alignment for the Russian Social Democratic Party earlier in the 1900s led by Lenin in Russia. It soon led to becoming the infamous communist party.
