Blue electric screen

Does anyone know why sometimes you have blue electricity on the parameter of the screen.  When being seen by others the player is also being trailed by blue light and has blue eyes.  Not aether shroud.

Sometimes Aether Shroud will glitch if you use it while traveling to the Dark Aether and it will stay around your screen until you use it again. Not sure about third person though.

I don’t think that’s it.  It does not look the same as aether shroud.  Your whole screen does not change you just have what looks like lightning around the outside of the screen.  I think it has something to do with kill streaks or doing particularly well in the game?   Have not found but one thread anywhere about it.  I’ll take a photo next time it happens.

Pics attached of what is going on.  Different maps.  The first is when it starts. The 2nd is what happens each time.  Just gets worse and worse.

Has anyone figured out how to solve this glitch? I can't enjoy my game when this happens bcuz it causes me to not be able to see very well. It happens even when I don't use dark aether. It's driving me crazy and I wish whoever made cold war would fix it!
