So I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I called them heard nothing? So I’m still trying to get the new zombies map on Cold War. I am trying to get the fire base z map. So what am I missing anyone know? Why can’t I get the fire base map

If you haven't updated cold war within the last day then that's the reason you aren't able to play it.

I play on xbox one so can't really help you there, I have no clue how games update on the playstation.

version was 1.11

size was 109.0gb

installed in system storage

Ok I deleted it so now I just reinstall the game and I should get the map

So since I reinstalled the Cold War game season one thing I should be able to get the new map correct

It should give you the new map yes, if it doesn't you might want to contact activision support.
