The Navcard can be found on the ground behind the Bus Depot.
Go outside of the Bus Depot, turn left & it’s behind the Bomb Shelter/Bus Depot

The Nav Card Table consists of 4 parts.
The Nav Card Table parts are located in areas across the map.
You assemble the parts under the Tower in the “Corn Maze”.
