How do I make a Url with my own text?

I was wondering how if possible, to make a link to a certain Url but with my text?

For example, In my sig I have My Youtube but, I don't want to put the actual link after it, I just want to click on My Youtube and it takes me there. And I would like to do the same for a Topic I created.

Next is the 'URL' button, this makes any word clickable. First, you need the code:

[url=http://callofdutyzombies.com/home/][/url]

Then you add a word between the last set of brackets e.g. 'Best Website in the World!' So this should happen Best Website in the World! which in code, looks like this:

[url=http://callofdutyzombies.com/home/]Best Website in the World![/url]
