A look into the locations T.E.D.D. mentions

Props to the stickied Tranzit quotes thread . I did a little reading in reference to some of the locations that T.E.D.D. announces as you are riding along, and a few of them piqued my interest.

I don't know if anything groundbreaking is revealed here, but it sure does make sense as a source of inspiration for the backstory. Maybe herein lies the key to what we need to do next.

The four that I find most significant are Deep Springs Gravitational Anamoly (underground alien base, referencing 2 triangles, one being electro-magnetic, sharing a border.. obtuse verticies of a scalene??), Dulce Base ( underground alien base ), Great Slave Lake ( Kosmos 954 ), Yellowstone ( super volcano ) and the Fast Flux test facility ( energy from cosmic rays ).

Bohemian Grove

Yellowstone

There are a lot of ppl who believe that Yellowstone sits on a supervolcano that, if erupted would create a: A super-volcanic eruption, they say, would likely plunge the world into a cold, dark volcanic winter. Many species would perish and most of the earth would disappear beneath a carpet of lava, ash and ice.

HAARP Research Station

Apparently this where all of the lightning is coming from on account of the ability to control weather by manipulation of the ionosphere.

Fast Flux test facility

This nuclear reactor testing facility is currently in a state of cold standby due to a fight over whether the facility should be used for the US gov Tritium production program.

Naturally occurring tritium is extremely rare on Earth, where trace amounts are formed by the interaction of the atmosphere with cosmic rays. The name of this isotope is formed from the Greek word "tritos" meaning "third".

The Dulce base floor plan was illustrated as per the originals by Thomas Castello and I released it... during my lecture in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its layout, when inspected carefully, appears to be extremely strategically planned. From a vertical viewpoint, it resembles a wheel with a central hub and corridors radiating outwards like spokes. This 'hub' is the focal point of the entire base. It is surrounded by central security and extends through all levels of the base.

This describes another secret underground facility holding aliens that sound very much like zombies and denziens. The below text is from documents that were recovered in the area:

What if we made two triangles with the lamp posts, but with different objects? The info in the URL points to one being a Electromagnetic triangle (emp) and the other being a (electric)"trap" to keep the aliens(Denziens) away from the human-like creatures(zombies).

Savannah River Tritium K reactor

This is another nuclear reactor that was designed by the same group that designed the Hanford site. The K reactor was the first reactor controlled by computer.

Great Slave Lake

On January 24, 1978, a Soviet Radar Ocean Reconnaissance Satellite, named Kosmos 954, built with an on board nuclear reactor fell from orbit and disintegrated. Pieces of the nuclear core fell in the vicinity of Great Slave Lake. 90% of the nuclear debris was recovered by a group called Operation Morning Light (CDC vs CIA? ) formed with both American and Canadian members.

This is the source of a conspiracy theroy that holds that the Soviets actually created the satellite as a weapon that was used to destroy a US SECRET MOON BASE, and as a secondary function, held a Tesla tuned microwave circuit that was known to manipulate the weather. Mind Blown

Mount Weather

You need to look beyond wiki for information on these places.

You mention Dulce, then you should look into Phil Schneider.

I did mention some of these places in my deep research that was in the Asylum.

I need to start really looking into the new developments.

NGT does a whole series of these if you're not into reading. I, personally, am... so thanks for all the info!

Thanks Bigshrimpn83 and AlphaSnake, I'm going to go take a look at that forum. I really think that if we can take these hints they are giving us in-game (posters, quotes, and visual clues), we should be able to construct this story from beginning to end. What we need to do, imo, is figure out exactly where and when we are in the story and how to apply the hints and info we have as it relates to the world we are playing in.

The thing is that the locations that T.E.D.D mentions aren't locations we actually go to. He's just shooting off random conspiracy locations. Maybe we'll actually see some of these places in future DLC content.

My point is that they aren't just random conspiracy locations. I'm not contending that we will see them in future DLC, I think they are giving us hints on how to complete the story through these "random" places mentioned. If you read some of the stuff in my post, there is way too much coincidence for it just to be random, time-filling dialogue.
