I just noticed something strange, at the info page of Uprising, if you scroll down, you'll see Latin text, so I tried to translate it, but I'm not so good at Latin, and Google Translate seems to pick only a few words.

That's not "real" Latin, sorry to say. Rather, that is just "filler Latin" or "lorem ipsum." It's just there as a placeholder for future text.
